MAN- i've been needing to buy one of those.

The prices they charge are outrageous in my opinion, though. I realize it's not that high-volume of a seller, but paying EVERY time you need a new unlock code is fucking stupid. If you buy a new bike you need to spend 150 MORE dollars to get a new unlock code....

grrrr......

It's very cool. We compare it to an EMS we had lying around and it does the same stuff.

The PCs will do things like making a sensor think it's running cooler and actually tricking the fuel system, as opposed to actually changing the system's parameters. The Tuneboy actually adjusts them.

Here's a pic of the Dashboard

I don't see any pics, fyi.

And i know all about all the cool stuff it can do.... which is why i need one. But i just don't like the way they make you pay out the ass.... i'll probably have like five triumphs in the next couple years, and i'd hate to pay for every one of them. A powercommander you can take with you. I'd have to swap out the whole ECU, and the new triumphs use a different brand. (mine is Sagem, the new ones are Keihn or whatever).

Oh well... maybe...

The price is only not worth it if it's too high for you. In my opinion, TuneBoy's are a MUCH better value than a Power Commander because of the greater functionality, but for about the same price. Plus you can use actual PC tunes, so it's like buying a PC AND getting all of the really USEFUL stuff on top. And the codes to unlock the bikes are what? $150? How much is ANOTHER PowerCommander USB III for each of 5 bikes (psst: about $300 per bike).

If you can afford it, get it. If you can't afford it, dont. It costs $$ to play.
