Who's got the best prices on the 675?
Now that the bike has been out a little while, are any dealers making good deals on the 675 yet? I'm in the Central PA area, with easy access to MD, Virginia, NY, NJ, etc.
Who has the best OTD prices? I'm open to any color too, not picky.
Dan

With the demand for these bikes and low production numbers, I dont think you're gonna see too many deals. Your best bet is to try and bargain with all of your accessories. I just paid retail for my '07, but the dealer is cutting me some good deals on accessories.

I see you're in Pittsburgh - what dealer did you purchase from? Did they allow test rides? I know when I lived in Atlanta, the dealer there would allow them.
What accessories are you purchasing? Gear or bike stuff?

Usually you'll only get test rides on used motorcycles. I purchased from European Motorcycles in Wexford. So far they have been extremely nice and helpful. I wasn't allowed a test ride, but that wasn't even an option considering that they could not keep the bikes in stock. I lucked out and Triumph decided they'd send the dealer two '07's a little early so long as they bought a couple other bikes along with them. I left for SC to visit my father a few hours before my bike was supposed to come. I'll get to see it for the first time when I return home on Thursday.
I already have a ton of top-end gear, so I just wanted accessories like the aftermarket pipe, seat cowl, and junk like that.

You may be able to find a used '06 one slightly cheaper than retail if you look hard enough, but there's not point in paying an extra hundred or two to get a bike that you know has never been abused.
Im paying retail on my 07 as well, saw it last weekend and waiting prep this week. I will get to pick it up finally this saturday. Hoping to talk the dealer into cutting me a deal on some gear, a jacket, pants, gloves is all I really need. Wouldnt mind boots or some toys for the bike though. Just have to wait and see what they can do for me.

You should have no problem talking the dealer into that stuff. If you dont ask, they probably arent going to offer it to you. That's part of being a salesman. Believe me, they give those kinds of deals to most other people that walk through the store.

I just got a quote today in Santa Ana, CA for $10,000.00 out the door. Being on the cover of a magazine is sure going to help sales.

A local dealer here quoted me $9660 OTD. Not bad, but not great either. They have a yellow in stock, I think I'll go check that one out!!

I'm in love with this bike in burnt yellow
Would have written the check yesterday.
Can't decide if I should get the 07?
I'm getting a 07 Sprint St for longer runs and 2up with the gf. Now I've decided to trade/sell the '04 FZ6 and do either a used R6 or a used/new 675. Two Triumphs would make my garage ohhhhhhh so happy! Decisions, decisions. R6's are just so, dime dozen, good for the bank account, back for exclusivity?
did the 07 675 change much from the 06?
Somebody said something about Heli bars for the 675? much more comfort? Different heights? I'll use mine as a 40-50 mile daily commute.
Thanks

OTD prices on a new 675 range from 8.8k to 10.5k. This depends on the location.
You can get Helibars for the 06 or 07, and i am sure it takes some weight of your wrists. On the other hand you sit up straighter and may get hit with more wind in your face...

I got the 07 a couple months ago here in Kansas for $9450.00 with the "race package". No difference from 06 to 07, just color difference.

I have a 675 and a 1200c myself. Go to triumph675.net, there's a couple for sell. Squirrel2, whats the *race* package? No changes in 06 & 07?
