I read somewhere that it will retail for $9000. It looks like a great bike, but that seems awfully expensive considering the big 4's liter bikes all retail around $10,000. Hell, I paid $9000 for my Busa this time last year. I would love one of these Triumphs, but that's a hard nut to swallow.
How do you figure? The cheapest liter bike is now $11,000 and that is for a Suzuki. Kawi wants $11,200. Honda wants $11,300 and Yamaha wants $11,300-$11,600 depending on color!
Shit, the new R6 carries a price tag of $9200-$9600!
Within 2 years, you will see the 1st $10,000 Japanese 600cc supersport. My guess will be Honda or Yamaha. The literbikes are inching closer and closer to the $12,000 mark.
Prices are all going up for everything, my friend. Makes the 675 triple seem somewhat of a bargain now.

Yeah I got it on netflix about a week ago and I used my digi cam which takes 15 second videos, and basically filmed a TV screen while it was playing and made myself an avatar... It's an AWESOME movie.
