I do understand, thats why I drew the conclusions that I have.
You need to understand that medicine is still very much a Practice, with a long, long ways to go, before you think so arrogently that you know what is going on, may I remind you, that small things in our body ,are still not fully understood. nor will they, as long as people think they know all they need to know.

Fact is, scientists develop new vaccines every week. I can point you to 20 different articles written in 2008 with cures to AIDS or cures to cancer. Why is AIDS still a pandemic then? There's more to it than just the words on the page. If you don't read with the proper understanding you're gonna get taken for a ride my friend. That's all I'm saying.
