I won't post my wife on the net. However I will post a before and after shot of her upper body in a bikini/bra.

I think I would trade the bike for an ACTUAL JAPANESE MODEL with big tits...
Upgrading the boobs on your current wife is like throwing away your bike, and adding 10 horsepower to your car. WTF not a fair trade if you ask me.
Throwing away your bike, and having your wife buy you a 67 chevelle... now you are talking.

She's fine. It'll be one month next week. Scars are healing nicely. She's not in much pain anymore, we were back to running every day after 2 weeks.
She can't wear a bra for about 4 months, but she tried on a couple and a 34D is a nice fit for her.
Don't miss riding the bike much, luckily the wife is understanding about my tinkering fetish, and she is letting me spend money to build up my 2001 Nissan Silvia S15. So that keeps me occupied and happy with a little bit of power.
Who the hell wants a 67 Chevelle? If I wanted to drive a brick I would drive a brick.
No pics yet, they are still healing, a couple bruises here and there that are slowly fading.

34D sounds great. In my researching I've found that at first they look extremely unnatural and just stick right out. I'm assuming the no bra for 4 months thing is to allow the implant to settle down where it should be so the breast hangs more naturally?
How is she handling the extra weight and size? Bumping into things with them or has she adjusted alread?
Maybe you mentioned it earlier in the thread but I can't remember but which method did they use to install the implants?
Thanks for the update. :

Yeah, they were very un-natural looking for the first week or so. They have already settled to a very natural looking position. They said that wearing an underwire bra will cause them to heal in a very odd shape. So yeah, you are correct.
She's handling it fine, the first week of jogging caused her a little bit of pain, but now she's good to go.
They did the armpit incision, under the muscle placement, cohesive gel implants. These new style implants look and feel 95% like real breasts, just without all the flopping around, lol. The massage techniques they taught us have been very effective in keeping the tissue soft.
She got a job last week as a hotel receptionist, and has been doing fine with it, not bumping into things, and she's on her feet all day.

It looks like there's only one doctor in the States performing cohesive gel implants. How hard was it to find one in Japan? Or is the US behind the game in this matter? Did you actively seek out a cohesive gel or was it something that the Dr suggested? Did you go with a anatomical (teardrop) shape or round? Teardrop seems to result in a much more natural effect but there's the risk of it turning or spinning. What was done to keep the implant from moving?
From what I'm seeing here on the interwebz these things seem to be the shit. Teardrop shaped so the breast will maintain a true boob shape instead of sticking straight out of the chest like a porn star. Then there are the health benefit compared to silicone in that leaks are very slim as the material is a gel instead of a liquid. A huge plus IMO is that you don't have to worry about that nasty rippling or folding you can sometimes see in the sides of a boob with a liquid implant.

I'm guessing Japan leads the way in that technology, because:
1) They have, as a culture, a fairly healthy obsession with boobs.
2) Japanese girls with big boobs are really quite rare.
3) Wealthy nation with state of the art medical research.

Wow, you just asked a BUNCH of technical questions that I don't know the answer to.
We went to three different doctors, checked out the facilities, spoke with each one, and she made her decision. I don't know if they all do cohesive gel or not. I know that's what she got, she handled the rest of the specifics herself. I speak Japanese, but they were speaking a little beyond my ability, so I didn't follow too well.

Coming up on 3 months now.
Went to a lingerie shop and had her properly sized, she's a 34D, so we picked her up some bras.
I know this isn't a revealing photo by any means, but it's the only one I've got for now.
Were they worth it? Yes.
