This thread is about the girl from that previous thread. I stopped talking to her because I started dating a girl and I didn't really have time to keep in touch with her since she lives further away and I didn't really see her that often anyways.
This Thursday she texts me out of nowhere with "omg i havent talked to u in forever wtf have u been up to". I kinda treated her a bit coldly with my reply brushing her off telling her Im busy...eventually tell her ill call her tomorow so we could catch up on things, she says "yeah sounds good call me after 2 i was on the south side celebratin that polish independence so i thought of ya lol! well take care!" (I don't even live near that area at all where the "driving parades" the polish people have every year so I view it as her little excuse as to why she contacted me, eh either way it dont matter)
I dont call her that friday and saturday night (sunday morning technicaly) at 1:30am she texts me "hey what u doin sweetheart"
I left my phone at home so i didnt see the text until 4am when i got back, texted her anyways just replying with what i did that night and that i hadnt seen her text, she replies wit "o i see thats ok. my night was fun it was my prom and we been partyin all night. but hey call me tomorow or sumtin ok sweetheart cuz havent talked to u in awhile."
I was studyin for finals today so i didnt talk to no one but i figured i'd at least text her. i texted her around 4ish and got a reply at like 9 "lol sorry it took me forever i been playing basketball n softball all day. so what u been up to?" I told her about finals n told her i had to go finish with that, she replied with "oh i see well gimme a call tomorow ok cuz im off"
So thats it. Im a bit surprised to hear from her, our friendship didnt end on a bad note but we were never even that close, and i dont think girls just recontact guys to reestablish contact without a purpose ya know. So whats everyones take on this?
She's a Cocktease!!! If you are dating someone right now, then dont even worry about her. Tell her the truth if you need to, or just ask her why she suddenly feels the need to get back in touch???

And when she gets to the point where she wants to hang out, make up some obviously bullshit excuse (like my cat has herpes and i have to take him to the vet.... be creative) and dont go.
