Are you using condoms? No, seriously. I had trouble keeping an erection with regular sized condoms, I could be hard as a rock for hours, put condom in, and the little guy went to sleep. Made for real akward moments, until I found a different brand (size) that worked for me.
Though, if you are having trouble keeping an erection without condoms, then go to the doctor, cardiologist, I know it isn't fun, but taking the blue pill if you have a heart condition could be fatal.
