There isn't any bait there. Theres alot of thing's that you can't type in a message that explains how she acts and how she presents herself. Right now I'm where I want to be with her. Were both just having fun right now, and I'm gonna go with it. The child situation makes it easy for me to have a clean getaway, but I'm not like that.
On the off chance that it turns into something more, bait or not, I wouldn't care as long as I'm happy, and I'm content with that.

I am getting the feeling that quite a few guys here have been burned in the past. Not all single moms are out ManHunting. They are people too, and they like to go out, and have fun on occasion. Sounds like a good first date, Good luck on the second.

Awesome job on..well..everything, except I'd have changed "where am I taking you?" to "where are you taking me?". But that's just my personality and occasionally I get away with it and if nothing else all the girls get a chuckle out of it.

The single moms are fine. The baggage that comes with them is not. My wife was the perfect woman while we were dating. While we were dating, I saw the kids every other weekend. It is a whole new ballgame when they are a full time part of your life. It's not one that I recommend playing.

Thanks, yea I don't mind taking a girl out, I know she works alot at her job and is tight on money. It was a plus on the response too, get's me kudos.

I agree 100%. She has a great personality, is very attractive, and my #1 thing with women, she's smart. Some of you may not like the smart comment because she has a kid. From the answer I got when I asked her about it, That was a moral choice on her part. She'd be nearly perfect if not for the kid, which is why I'm taking this with extreme caution, and not even considering her as GF material, not yet, possibly ever. But you never know.

I spoke to her yesterday, first time since the date and she'd really like to go out again, but she doesn't have a day off until next Saturday. I told her that it was cool, and to call me before then, so I don't forget. Normally I don't plan more than 2 days ahead for ANYTHING, so I figure a week isn't a big deal.

A number of the relationships I've had have started very respectably like this. When I met a lady I would try to forsee any possible issues or craziness. Most of the time I'd see a pretty decent woman with good intentions. Somewhere along the way the woman would do something to reveal herself as a no-good bitch.

For some time I've heard the saying "Bitches ain't Shit". In the last few weeks I've come to see how profound this simple statement is. Look at the "How's it Feel" thread and you'll see Bitches aint Shit. My apologies to any real women who read this and are offended. I'm not talking about you. The hoes know who they are. There are very few real women left. I'm glad to have one of them.

To the original poster: watch for signs of hoedom, games, etc. My mother used to say, "son, the devil doesn't parade around in horns, he reveals himself in a very attractive package". Everyone has two sides. right now you've only met her representative. You'll soon meet her. I do hope her rep is very similar to her.

Ok dude, I've done this twice. Both of them had one child each, were VERY sweet (at first, hence the suggestion of "bait"), and pretty much sounds like the same kinda girl you're seeing.
Now I'm not saying she's not different than the ones I've dated, but be VERY careful.
The last experience I had was started out pretty much like what you're experiencing. I made it very clear that I was NOT interested in a long term relationship right up front. Trust me, it didn't matter in the least to her what I said. She had her agenda, and was there to "hook" me if at all possible.
Well never the less, it took me over a month and a half to finaly get her to leave me alone once I first told her it was over. Worst stalker I've ever encountered.
