Married almost 7 yrs and check this out, last year we made love 8 times thats it. I don't know what to do any more. Thinking about getting a GF. Kinda sucks her not talking to me or telling me whats wrong. I love her but there is just no spice left.

1}--you'll get caught, and lose 1/2 yer shit.

i don't know jack about the situation, but maybe its your fault.

they don't call it the seven year itch for nothing.

Talking about it should shed some light on whether it can be overcome. If the two of you are not willing to communicate on your own, perhaps counseling would yield results.

My wife and I hit a dry spell between our second and third child. Yeah, we had sex about once every three months - it sucked! You need to do something - initiate something - to put the spice back into it.

There comes a time in a marriage, and usually right around the 7 year mark (hence the phrase - "seven year itch") where it becomes difficult to be anything more than just friends.

You have to make the move - she may be waiting for you! Do something romantic, something she can't resist, then take her home and make love to her - then do it again the next night, and the next - if she pushes you away from that, then there might be a problem worth counseling help.

Good luck to you, man, I've been there and it's difficult. If you really want the marriage though, and if she does, you'll work through it.

I try and try but I keep coming out feeling like the reject that is always begging for some ass. Then when I just don't bother with it because I am tired of trying and being rejected I'm the asshole, because I feel like an Idiot. Feel like I have a room mate that shares the same bed as me thats it.

If she still wont talk about it, maybe its best you move on.

Im all for life long shit but some people just were not made for eachother. I tend to think they actually grow up and grow apart. Your kinda young and if you have been with her that long, Im sure you were both different people when it started.

Yamagirl and I went through this. I just started the 4 play all the time untill we got back in the swing of things. One thing that always works for us is to take a vacation to Aruba or some where you both want to go. The diffrent suroundings might help you out. Rember don't ask for the sex or 4 play just start it if she don't want it she will tell you.

Yeah, I agree with Dennis - ya know, every time I've gone on a major vacation with my wife, she's come up pregnant! Does your wife work outside the home? It could be stress-related. She could be stressed out. Your stress about the situation may only worsen that.

Seriously, if you can, take a vacation - even if it's just a long weekend. Surprise her, if you can (scheduling), and it might just work while you're away.

If it doesn't, then it's time to sit down with her and talk this through - maybe even some counselling - but i do agree with Dennis on this one, a vacation would help, for certain!

just curious do you have any kids??? that could make a decision to leave more difficult and if you do decide on going out and getting some "strange" make sure its not in the same city where you work!!!!
