Got this chick I have to get a gift for and need suggestions on what to get her. She's somewhat of a "fashionista".

Trim your pupes. Add a bow. She should be pleased with the thoughtfulness that went into the gift.

A nice necklace would also be a viable gift option depending on the relationship, the occasion, and your ability to select something nice.

The fashion part is a toughy. There are different levels of taste and label whoreness. Is she walmart, abercrombie, burberry, prada. You need to give a price range too. Another thing if its clothing we can't help. Buying a purse is easy....

Haha. Sorry. Had to shoot off a quick description before the boss walked over.

Had a meeting in my cubicle and was worried that my boss was seeing "non work related items" on my screen.

And a nice story on how I got it:

So I stop by my sister's boyfriend's clinic and there's this girl there that I kind of dig. So we get to the laughing and the flirting (yada yada) and then I ask her what she wants Santa to get her and she says "A bra from Victoria's Secret. They make your boobs look bigger." So I tell her jokingly (and with intent ;)), "Isn't that something you should ask you boyfriend for?"

"Oh no. I don't have a boyfriend." Ding!

So she asks me what I want for Christmas. I tell her there's this A* hat I've been wanting to get and she says, "Where can I buy it?" I ask her why and she tells me she wants to buy me it for Christmas. So I say "Sure!" and give her the address of CycleGear.

Then she invites me to her birthday party at some bar/dance club which is on a Thursday. I'm thinking "Who the hell goes clubb'in on a next Thursday?" but then realize what kind of girls her friends are. ;)

So I may or may not go. Dancing's always fun. Eh. But what should I get her (or should I ask in the other forum?).

In terms of labels she's a coach person. But there's no way I'm getting her
something from coach yet.

Edit: Oh yeah. About price. Whatever. I can usual get things for cheaper anyways.

Can't go wrong with a toaster. Every time that bagel or slice of bread pops up, she'll think "I'm so glad we met, if we hadn't, i would have a boring ole bagel or piece of bread. he's so special".

Yea do the light blue performe. I got that for my ex and she loved it. Youc an't go wrong with a good smelling perfume. My problem is that she bought you a hat for ~30 and you get to spend 60. Oh well go perfume b/c it doenst take much thought she will think your nice and your not gettin sappy on her. But to build this up. But it and DONT give it to her when she'd expect. MAke her think you didnt get her shiT. You'll find the time to give it to her. Make her like you even more than she already does

Actually that might end up being the case the way shipping works and all. I told her I'd mail her the gift and she got all excited and stuff (a little weird). Forget phone numbers. This chick volunteered her address! She got me the hat right after she got off work (5:00) and called me twice to pick it up on Christmas Eve (I finally said yes the second time around - was in the area and left after 5 minutes). Plus, her birthday is coming up so $60 / 2 ain't bad.

Besides, I know a guy who can me that for under $50 (and it's a good hat!).
