i work with a pretty cool girl, we got a whole lot in common, she has a perfect ass, and she is hot as hell. well, she likes to send me mixed signals though. she always wants to talk to me and walk around the lot with me and shit, she is always flirting and telling me i look good, but then she goes and talks to this other guy that everybody tells me she likes, im a bit confused though, she is sending me the signals, and another friend of mine sees that she is flirting with me and tells me she wants me and to go after her, but then she tells everybody else she likes the other guy. its confusing as hell. should i go for it and ask for her number and hang out and talk to her outside of a work environment, should i just ask her out, or should i leave it alone?

Just go for it dude. If you don't and she hooks up with this other guy you'll be killing yourself wondering "what if?" If she shoots you down tell the guy she likes she has chlamydia.

She's a flirt - that's part of her personality. Its not necessarily a bad thing provided that she isn't flirting with other guys while dating a particular one (hopefully you in this case).

Some people (guys and chicks alike) flirt as a part of normal interaction. Some of those only do so when they are single (the good kind) and some flirt with everyone even if they're in a relationship (the bad kind of flirt). Guess you'll have to find out what type she is.

If she's hot and you two get along well, give it a shot. Don't put too much into this and you'll both manage to come out of it okay and without much awkwardness if she turns you down.

We'll also need pictures of said ass. You alone cannot make the decision regarding its quality.
