My best friend dated a single mom. She was 23 an he was 20, so not that big of a difference, but her daughter was like 4 or 5. Basically, they went out on normal dates that you would go with chicks your age and he was just himself. It worked out for him until a year later she turned out to be a crazy psychotic bitch, but that's "neither here nor there". I always wanted to use that phrase. Anyway, my advice is to be yourself, don't try to act all mature and grown up, because if you do then she's not going to see the real you. If she is really incredibly hot though then maybe act a little more mature, til you get in her pants. GOOD LUCK

LOL Hunny the good thing about us older gals is that yeah we do and yeah we aren't afraid to say. WHy waste time playing hard to get. If you care about somebody in most cases it is the inevitable culmination of things. I'm not saying all women jump into bed with everyman or the first guy on the first date. What I am saying is that when we like someone, we know it and it seems stupid to play games.

I love a confident smart man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to ask for it. Men love confident women who know what they want as well.

the only thing bout single mom's is that they have, obviously, been with a guy, for whatever reason the guy is gone, and she now knows the bullshit. You really can't get many past a single mom, they've dealt wit the bullshyte and can obviously do without it. That being said, the single mom i dated was the most memorable relationship i've had....and yes i got mind-fucked in the end. just adds to the experience.

*Update* Ive been busy as hell the past week and a half and had yet to call this girl. Well, I figured she has given me her number twice thru emails so shes definately interested. I dunno, I kept trying to talk myself outta this one, but finally said fuck it! Called her this evening, and of course she was alone, shopping at the grocery store.-score- Had her call me when she was done. We just shot the shit for a few minutes about school and what I'd been up too since I turned 21. She said she thought I was much older so she must think I'm kinda mature. She asked me when the next time I was going out and I said "Friday night with you girl!" She ate it up. Anyways she had to work tonite, a 3rd shift nurse...I am in sooo much trouble with this girl yo, so I told her I'd call her Friday afternoon to set up plans.
