Default 954 differences between years?

been looking at these fine looking bikes and was wondering what are the differences by year for the 2002-2003 (edited for 2003) models?

Has to be something more than the color scheme, right?

I'm looking at the 954RR as an addition to the garage when I want something sportier and lighter than the FJR when its only me riding.

I want something thats more "substantial" in size, weight and performance (torque) than those tiny and cramped 600cc sportbikes.

yeah - I believe you are correct that 2003 was the last year for them.
