Default CBR 929 rear seat hard to unlock

Anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes I have to push the seat down really hard to get the key to turn when opening. Do I have to adjust the hook on the seat or the locking mechanism?

Is ther a mod to make it push button open instead of key open?

mine is real hard to get open. i have snapped two keys already. i found that if i push the key in all the way, then let go it pops out almost a millimeter, then turn.
