you can lower the rear end with a adjustable dogbone or lowering link, with the front all u need to do is loosen the bolts that hold the forks and let them slide up as much as u want. do that a little at a time.

Thanks I called a local shop and they say they will order the part and do it, total cost labor and parts about 180-200. Is that a good price or not?

check e-bay for lowering links, and check around on the net. It is not that hard to do... you'll just need a wrench to remove the link connected to the rear shock, and get a buddy to lower the forks in the triple trees while you sit on it. Personally, I would not pay someone for such a simple modification, but if you don't have the tools or the time, go for the shop route.

Im not here to promote my stuff, but good links or anything need to fit a few things. 1 does what you need, lower it either staticly or fully adjustable 2 good product, being made of high quality aluminum, equal or better than factory 3 and fits you budget.
I come to forum to help people with lowering questions and protect them from getting hurt, i hear a lot of horror storys from companys links breaking which is why i wouldnt really buy off ebay because you dont always know what you are getting and your tech help isnt there like dealing with a reliable company, if you know enough there can be some great deals to be found.

Im starting to do a tech right ups on many bikes but have nothing yet to help you with your bike but it would be a crime to not do this for yourself. But i would get a buddy and hit it on sat because its not that hard
