Hey, i recently picked one of these up. 2004 model. Can anyone explain the tip sensor to me? is there a way to reset it? dealer has to?

2004 cbr600rr . I mean the tip sensor. Ive heard theres a tip sensor that will activate when the bike is dropped. Anyone know about this?

yeah if its running it shuts the bike off if its dropped all you have to do is pick up the bike and shut the key off and re-start it there ya go tip-over sensor reset

yeah it should reset itself once you turn the key off, mine did on my 05

just flip the key on and off a couple of times to reset it, stunters bypass it by by splicing the green and red wire on it i think thats how mine is done.
