The longest ride I've done on my 600 is for about 6-half hours, started getting to me a little bit about 5 hours into it, but we did only stop once for about 15 minutes during the ride. I recommend taking a break about every hour, at most two, and it might not have been so bad. Love to ride, it was a great day, and didn't want to stop.

I do three to four hour rides on a regular basis, but it took awhile to get use to the brick of a seat on the 600rr.

I ride to Daytona from Tally and back (250 miles each way) and only stop for fuel on my F4i several times a year...

For me it depends on the riding. If I'm riding the back roads with alot of curves I can ride about 3hrs before getting sore. On the highway forget it one hour tops and my hands and butt hurt.

I thought i saw something one time about gel seats or gel inserts. Is there such a thing for sportbikes or are you S.O.L. if your seat is a little on the uncomfortable side after a few hours of riding?
