what were you riding before
Here we go again, What were you riding before you picked up your 600rr and how does it compare, and is there anything you do not like about the 600rr?
Thanks in advance

my 1st bike was a 50cc honda, then an 80cc yamaha, then a yamaha zuma (crashed it), then an '80 something model cruiser (dont know what brand (totaled it going 100 mph down the highway (not pretty), then i got my baby, my 600RR. Sometimes i wish i got an R6, they are a lil bit faster and more reliable in my opinion. But im happy w/ it i guess, no turning back now, 2 much money put into it.

i had a 2000 gixxer 600 before my 600rr....the gixxer really didn't compare, probably because of the difference of 4 years. my little brother has a R6, its not faster, but its a bit more comfy. my only complaint about the RR is the hard ass seat....its shifts and stops better than the R6.

I had the little RVF400 NC35, sold it and bought the Blue 600RR. Only gripe I have is this,...there is no standard radiator protection. I went on a run in the Eastern Transvaal and picked up a lot of stone damage to the radiator. Some spots I can stick my little finger 1/2 cm in. My RVF had a neat little grid that was part of the fairing in front of the radiator, which I now miss on the 600. Guess I will be going out to get one of those made for my RR. Rubber side down!!!!

Hell, if I could find a NC35 reasonably priced here in the states I would get it over the 600rr but I can't, guess that's why I'm looking at the 600rr or possibly a R7.

but the one before the RR was a 99 R6 , comfy , still have it
thats my only gripe too is the seat on the RR , I walked in bow legged one day after about a 4 hour ride , but ill forgive her for being uncomfortable on long distances

Honestly I hate the RC and all the problems I've had with it, but I do love how they look and sound w/a set of pipes.

ex500
FZR 600
F4i
954 crashed it, crashed it again....and....again
F4i race bike should have kept it!
600RR race bike faster than the F4i, flickable...honda's almost got it
1000RR streetbike no words to describe the sheer power, will F-U-up if you don't respect it
down side to the RR, now that honda still makes the rider friendly F4i they need to concentrate on making the RR more race dominating out of the box.
i'll stick with honda, but if i had to own another bike it just might be a yamaha

FZR 600. The 600RR's transmission is a million times smoother, bike dops into turns a lot easier, breaks infinately better, smoother power. I just wish it had a helmet hook like the fizzer. Oh yea forgot to mention the 600RR is the best looking jap sport bike out there. especially in black.

I had a '95 Katana 600 back around '98 for a year then got out of motorcycles. I bought an 03 Suzuki SV650S earlier this year and traded that in for an 03 CBR600RR last week. I liked the SV but I'm really digging the RR in the few days that I've had it. I can keep up with my brothers on their ZX11's now, lol.
