Default F4: Fuel injected or not?

I bought a used 2000 F4 and I cannot find a fuel cutoff switch. Is it fuel injected? I thought it was just the F4i's that were injected? It has a full jardine exhaust on it and the guy I bought it from was the second owner and he said he didn't think the carb was jetted. That's my only reason for concern. Any help is appreciated in locating the fuel cut off (if there is one).

There is a fuel cut off switch under the tank. Its on the right hand side towards the back. Turn it to the middle and the gas should stop.
