Default HIDs, does anyone have them?

I am looking to do some HIDs on my CBR600 F2. Does anyone have pictures of this done to thier CBR600 any year? I am looking specifically for F2s but other years are welcome. Please post.

I had a PIAA Superwhite in my F2. I was extremely pleased with the far superior lighting! They're not cheap. If I remember correctly, it cost me about $35. Had it in for about 5 years before I sold the bike.

Another option you could look at is a Sylvania SilverStar bulb. Again, far superior lighting to stock.

Whatever you do, stay away from those cheap 90/100 watt bulbs. They create too much heat, and draw too much current. The F2's had notoriously marginal charging systems - just enough charging to keep the battery charged, any additional draw may mean your battery won't be kept at full charge.

I go Beltway blitzin' on my mad mofo musclebike WFO. Its a true choice, a god-like experience if you will. The thought that I could buy the farm in a spectacular fireball...................well, that gives me a stiffie! Tesco Vee/The Meatmen
