Well the dyno said 141.78, not 150, just being honest, you are estimating but the machine doesnt lie. Anyone know any slip on exhausts with one out, that doesnt stick out beyond the stock set up.

I am going to dyno my 06 1000rr bike i will post the chart on hear i actually want to know myself. I broke it in perfectly so i hope it will give me a good number.
If it is all stock, your going to see about 148-151 RW HP. The new Suzuki is going to be about 10 HP more. That 10 HP isn't going to do anything for the actual top speed, gearing will limit that o both bikes, it'll come in to play on the bottom end.
Yes, the 1000RR is fast, all liter bikes are fast. I have a 1000RR, 06 model, I'm just being realistic when it comes to which bike is the fastest. For Quality, hands down the Honda, the overall choice for magazines is usually the Honda, but the Honda seldom wins many catagories out right.
There is no way the 1000RR of 08 is going to be anywhere near 200 HP. I'd be surprised if it reaches 180. The 06 Model is around 165, that is brake horsepower, not rear wheel horsepower, which is what matter. After all it is the rear wheel that propels you down the road.
I got your answer i just dynod my bike, on th title it says 165hp at the crank but i to the wheel is 141.78 hp. Also in forth the Honda is over going 140 miles an hour with 2 gear left. This hp is stock and carefully broken in at 1600 miles. Also the R1 chart stays with the Honda but in the middle of rpm it drops then goes back up to meet the Honda hp Honda never drops and goes right up to red line. If you look at the charts, peak hp is very close to the others.
