Default Made the leap

I'm a new proud daddy of a 06 1000rr. Still haven't stop grinning yet. What a ride? Definitey a change from my f4i but since some thieves felt the need for me to part ways with that I decided to take the leap. And what a leap it is. Below is a few pics of my baby girl.

Sweet bike man. Your gonna love it. There are some great sites for the 1000rr's. A couple cheap mods that will give you a little more power (like you need it) is to take a 1.25 inch hole saw and knock holes in the baffles in the pipe, and it will sound alot better.

Thanks all. What a difference. Boy does it feel good. Actually a lot better than my f4i did. The part that sucks is starting all over with the mods again. Have to figure out something to do with that license plate frame. Any one have any good urls on that yet?

That a 2006 model right? Love that Red, it is a bit brighter (with a orange tint) when compared to previous years reds or even the 06 600RR. They have a couple at the local Honda dealer just begging me to take one home. At their price of 8799, I don't know if I will be able to resist much longer.

Not quite as good as what Southern Honda has/had them for, but considering this dealer is 10 miles from my house....

I've probably looked at this bike (the red 06 ) a half dozen time in the past couple weeks. I'm not/wasn't looking for another bike, happy with the F4i, just love that Red and the price seems like maybe I should buy it. Stay tuned, the wife is cool with it, may post up some pics this week.

Nice bike...I have had two of the 06's. The first was totalled in September, so I bought a second one 6 days later. I love it and plan on riding it for a long time.

Well, I will pick up the 06 1000RR this evening. The price was attractive, but it was that bright red that caught my eye and kept me coming back for 2nd and 3rd looks.

This is from my local dealer to boot. While I didn't go through Ebay, it is the same price as this auction (this is the local Honda dealer selling on Ebay).

They only have Red and Silver models.
