What's the matter with the OEM one? It's got a good sound to it, isn't loud, doesn't attract the wrong kind of attention, fits perfectly.

I'm a firm believer in 'OEM stealthness'. I had a Yoshi RS-3 Race on my R1, but took it off. Too loud and I was paranoid every time I cracked the throttle open. Back to stealth mode for me!

The general consensus among those on 1000rr.net is that the best exhaust for the 1KRR are: Sato, Arata, and Akrapovic.

I have an Arata full system and love it. It is kind of loud but it keeps you honest. The best thing about it is the weight savings, specially up high under the tail section. The stock one is so heavy that when I replaced it the bike felt totally different.

If you want to see pictures let me know.

I have a Two Bros. s/o and think the quality, sound and appearance are all first-rate!

I've got the Micron twin outlet and I really like it. Great sound, looks almost like the stock exhaust.

Dang those laser extremes look good Ive got the same bike and that looks great! I am currently running the Yoshi RS-5 Full Race and it has been a great exhaust. To be honest, I got it because I did not want to spend the money on the Akrapovic system.lol
