Exhaust for the 1000RR

I am currently ready to purchase a full exhaust for my 051000RR. I would like to hear some opinions on which one to get...I have been leaning toward Akrapovic but now I have friends telling me to go Micron...Please post your opinions!!

I had a arrow ti-system on my rc and loved it, the quality was excellent. You might check out 1000rr.net as you would probably get a better response to your question.

I've heard really good things about the Micron Serpent system..... And from what I gather, that is an awesome system. That's probably what I'll get if I ditch the stock exhaust.

Wow, there's a lot of guys here from the south. Any of you guys run deals gap? I'm only a three hour drive from there......

I drive 600 miles twice a year to stay for a week and ride the gap. I usually camp in Suches, GA at T.W.O. www.twowheelsonly.com There sure is some killer roads in those areas!

My grandma lives about a mile down the road from there.. Nothing but bikes riiping around all day long.. nice roads...

ive got a ackropovic racing series since i would of had to rob a bank to afford the evolution series. but any ways i can not complain i can pull hard at the end of 5th and all the way through 6th away from 05 r1's with slip ons gutted cats filters and power commanders.

i have 1 tooth up rear sprocket, ordered the wrong part number i wanted 2 teeth up, bmc race filters (hell of less restrictive than K&N)more expensive though)pcIII usb and full system, arata rear sets, double bubble windscreen,and much more to come if i can get a hold of some hrc cams and je pistons,

sorry about the rant of parts. i can not complian about the bike it is awesome , i love it i love it i love it.

I just bought the new Arata Full Ti for my 1kRR, not installed yet, I'm workin on the wheels,rotors,rearsets this weekend, exhaust/PCIII is next weekend.

I'll post up when its done.

This D&D twin can slip on set up is for sale if anyone's interested. It's practically brand new. 300 miles on it.

I'm selling it because I bought a full sysyem instead. It's a newer model so it probably hasn't been added to their website yet. I don't know. I paid $568 but I would sell it for $485 and ship it to you free. I've only had it for about 3 weeks if that. Like New!

hey, just wondering, why did u chose to go with this one? from research the jardine is like mid two hundreds brand new. any thoughts? do you know if there is a dyno curve for this one? it looks like if i do the slip on it will be this or the jardine, not sure about a full system just because of the cost and i dont even race...
