Disorderly Conduct?
Ok... here's the story...
I play soccer and every Wednesday I have practice which begins at 6:00p.m. I get done with work at 4:30, after which I have to literally run to my car, and drive directly there to make it on time... If I catch too many red lights, I end up being late... That's how bad traffic is. Anyway. I get to the field and I really badly have to pee. There are two porty potties there however one of them houses a bee hive and as a result both have bee's swarming around. The field we play at sits by a road, not a major road, but there is a fair bit of traffic that comes past. On the other side of the road there are woods. These woods are two trees deep, followed by a small dropoff into a stream, and then miles of woods beyond that. I walk over to the woods and begin to pee. Well, a cop pull in and immediately calls me over... He starts reaming me out saying that he saw everything, he asks for id, and then proceeds to write me a ticket for Disorderly conduct.
This really sucks, I've plead not guilty but the ticket is $350! On top of that I'm assuming that this will stick on my record, and surely will affect any background checks which employees look at. I really don't know what to do... I'm sure I could of gone a little further into the woods but it's not like I was just pissing in the middle of the street. The distance from the street to where I was peeing is 121ft (yes, I used google earth) I had my back turned, and I was within the first line of trees... On top of that, the speed limit on the road is 35mph, so he would have been going at least 25mph... If he was able to "see everything" through all that then I should be in the porno business...
I really could use some advice... please help.
