So today I finish up with all the horse shit of fighting a ticket resulting from a bs stop. No I'm not going into the ticket that's really a matter of semantics.
Here's the deal this stop was made on the premise of taillights being out. In Montana the law reads that as long as you have 2 working tail lights and 2 working brake lights visible from the rear of the vehicle, no wording in the statute about location what so ever beyond visible from the rear. So this prick pulls me over and digs like a badger to find something, I inspect the lights about 2min later THEY WORK, the next day I take pics of my lights working as they are supposed to (I haven't touched shit at this point to fix the 1 bulb out of 4 that was burned out). So after 3 trips to court and the fucking fucktard cocksocket judges ignoring proof that Fife's reason for the stop was utter bullshit. I am left with this.
What the hell can you do. These cops around here get the go ahead to make up the rules as they go, When you show proof that their wrong the judge ignores it even when the CA and cop can't prove that there was a reason for what they did. Who the hell are these fuckers working for anyway cause it sure as hell ain't the public. What is there to motivate em to have ethics? It's really starting to seem to me that the cops are becoming a bigger concern than the crooks.
BTW it took me an entire year to get pissed about this
