Another Ticket question.

I have heard that if you get a ticket for being at fault in an accident, it wont hold up in court if the officer obviously didnt see it.

that true?

hhahaha... no offense but thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. If so all accidents would be no ones fault since most accidents don't have infront of an officer.

......Its obviously not this guys fault... I think they should blame the parking lot!

Seriously though....the ticket will stand! I have wrote them before and never had an issue because based on training, experience, evidence and statements we can articulate it.
