Go to Calis Highway Patrol site and look for a link to their statues and find the law. Thats what I just did for florida, no ticket but just outa curiosity.
I would assume with a speed like that there is a fair chance that your license may be suspended. It depends on the prosecutor and your previous driving record. Out here in CT that would have been a wreckless driving charge (anything in excess of 20MPH over the speed limit) and that carries a mandatory license suspension. Good luck.

NOt sure if they will charge you with reckless driving or not but expect a large fine. They may suspend them for about 6 months or something like that. It just depends on the DA and judge. Might be worth checking with an attorney on this one.

In NC I would have impounded your bike, and took you to jail. Anything over 80mph (not matter that the posted limit is) is automatically a 1 year suspension of your DL, plus some hefty fines.

Wow, you guys don't mess around. I always thought if you were cited for reckless or 20 over you could get it impounded?
Oh, they DID impound my bike, because i did not haev my license.
gg cali highway patrol.
what did you expect them to do, and your 17 thats bad on your part both times cuz there just gonna think your some stupid kid (NOT SAYING YOU ARE) just saying there gonna think you dont have any experiance and all that shit.
and if you where a cop and you pulled a kid over.. that didnt have a license and was speeding , and it was your job to give people tickets who didnt obide by the traffic laws, and your job rides on ticket quottas? whould you of let you go? ,
22348 CVC (b) A person who drives a vehicle upon a highway at a speed
greater than 100 miles per hour is guilty of an infraction
punishable, as follows:
(1) Upon a first conviction of a violation of this subdivision, by
a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500). The court may
also suspend the privilege of the person to operate a motor vehicle
for a period not to exceed 30 days pursuant to Section 13200.5.
Now depending on the court (and the traffic conditions when you got the ticket, etc etc), you could also get busted for reckless driving, for which you can't get your license revoked, but you could get some jail time or fines.
23103 CVC. (a) Any person who drives any vehicle upon a highway in
willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is
guilty of reckless driving.
(c) Persons convicted of the offense of reckless driving shall be
punished by imprisonment in a county jail for not less than five days
nor more than 90 days or by a fine of not less than one hundred
forty-five dollars ($145) nor more than one thousand dollars
($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, except as provided
in Section 23104.
