you dont need a radar to do simple math. Im going 70 yet a car that i saw far behind me a minute ago is now riding right behind me. I think they were speeding...
But can you accurately tell how fast they were going and be able to testify in court to it?

I have seen the opposite a lot. People staying behind the cop even though the cop is going 5-10mph under the speed limit. I'm like "Get some balls and pass him". Its not like it is illegal to pass a slower car so why not pass them.
Hell I would pass them if they were running that slow
