You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
Some people are like slinkies; they're good for nothing but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
Bike looks pretty..
Termignoni makes a "muffler" for that thing? Why bother?

I'm not sure what the power and price are. That is all aftermarket work. You can buy a stock one and do it yourself. I'm not sure how much it would cost. I painted the frame and stuff on my Buell black for the cost of the paint and my time. I picked my XB12R up new for $8,900. I think they are 100hp and 85 fptq stock. There are shops getting those numbers at the rear wheel with new exhaust, intake and remapping of the ECM. You can find a used one for $5,000 to $7,000 and spend about $500 to $1,000 to get the numbers at the rear wheel.
It only has one rotor in front, and its as big as the entire wheel? Now THAT'S weird.
It reduces unsprung weight by placing it out away from the hub. It also allows for a lighter wheel since the 'spokes' don't have to handle the forces involved in breaking, the forces are closer to the actual origin.

Stock, the xb9 has about 96hp at the main drive, with about 75ftlbs of torque. Most of which is available across the rpm range. List price is around $8800 usd. The xb12 is about 103hp with around 85ftlbs, list around $10,400 usd. Both bike could be had for less.
Super fun bike IMHO. Corners like mad.
