FS: Cbr 900rr, $3900 (WI)
I am selling my mint '96 900RR. The bike is in almost flawless condition, never been down, and it has only 12,600 miles, a full Two Brother's Racing exhaust, jet kit, K&N air filter and flush mount front signals.
-oil & filter changed 400 miles ago
-front brake fluid bled & changed 400 miles ago
-New Metzeler M3 tires put on 400 miles ago (tires were $260 alone!)
This bike has been very well cared for, and it runs perfectly, no problems at all. The bike is VERY fast, and the full exhaust sounds awesome!
This is one of the cleanest low mileage 900RRs that you will find!
$3900
Reply to post or PM with any questions, or to set up an appointment to come check the bike out. Test rides with cash in hand only.
Thanks for looking!

Extremely good deal here people, and I mean extremely. I have a 98 (same engine) and I'll tell you it is a perfect blend of commuter torque and top-end kick your ass thrust. Basically, what a 600SS wants to be, but not quite so insanely ridiculous as say, an R1.
Just look around on sites and you'll see this is a great deal for the mileage and condition.

Ohh, and wanted to say that I also have the M3's just put on 600 miles ago, and these tires are excellent in the rain and in the dry, I haven't been able to make them lose grip yet. Now, I swear I'm done sounding like a shameless shill, just I love this bike and it's just coincidence it has the same tires

Thanks for the kind words, Cabana! The 900RRs are awesome bikes, but unfortunately I have other financial obligations that I'd like to take care of right now, thus I am selling.
There aren't a ton of choices for supersport tires for 16" rims, but between the qualifiers and the M3s you really can't go wrong!

Hey, I live in Appleton and am very interested in your bike. I was wondering if you had any pictures of the front of the bike. Thanks

Sorry josh, I didn't get a chance to take pics of the front last night...is there anything in particular you are looking for? The front is cherry, just like the rest of the bike...

i have the same bike except im running 39mm flat slides, let me tell you the 2 brothers full exhaust which i have, sounds SICK. the combined sound of the low end torque gurgle with the deep pipe is ridiculous. it gives a awesome braphhhhhh on take offs and a insane high end scream. Plus the power and handling is off the chain, im a little guy at 5 '6 but have no trouble at all with this larger bike, it does great on the cornering ive put it through and ive had it leaned almost enough at points to be dragging knee......
sorry to get off topic here but you guys with this bike what tire pressure you running up front? im running like 38ish in the back but im dumb and have 34ish in the front, should i crank it up?

I pretty much always run 34F and 36R on the street, seems to work well for me.

I think I'm running 40 PSI all around to extract mileage.

ya thanks, make me feel bad for just buying my ninja lol. This is a steal I must say. And I have heard nothing but kind words about the 900rr. I no of multiple people that started on them and now ride 05+ R1s and they all say they regret the switch. The 900rr is a torque monster. good luck with the sale man!
