This answer is a bit off topic but the reason why add-on/upgraded boobs are crooked is not necessarily the Doctors doins. After surgery the implants must be pushed around...alot and hard. The pain will make most women pass out. If not done properly this pic is the result. The scar tissue knots up and pulls on the muscles. By pushing the implants around keeps the scar tissue more flexible.
As they say...no pain no gain.
