Default Aprilia RS 125 street legal?

I really like what this bike offers but was wondering if it was street legal in the United States?

As far as I know the RS125 has never even been available in the United States. Some of the older ones may have been independently imported here for track use, but no, the RS125 has never been USDOT approved for road use.

Yeah I don't think you can get the RS125 unless you do a grey import type deal. Even then I don't think you would be able to get it DOT approved.

To be honest, unless you live in a city or are racing, it really wouldn't be worth it.
