You are contridicting yourself here. First, you say 99% of DUI arrests are from speeding, then you say speeding is a proof of sobriety?? Make up your mind! Btw, it doesnt take more skill to drive fast, all it takes is a heavy right foot.
Ive had both, DUI's for excessive speed, and DUI's for speed under the speed limit.
