6'5", 260lbs here, and I've owned one of everything. The comfort depends, in my opinion, on what you're used to and what kind of riding you do. I had an F4i and a ZX-6R. Both were fine, but the ZX-6R was a little better, comfort wise. The F4i, however, was a little sharper handling-wise.

The YZF is the only viable option of those for a beginner, imo, and it's not a great one. I started on a Suzuki GS500, and it was fine. I was probably 6'4" and around 220lbs. then.
