Damn, I'm glad you've come back from the crash okay. It's never good when you lose conciousness.

IIRC, it was later GSX-R models that had the frame issue. Some guy posted pictures on here of a bike he bought which had the frame snap. Apparently it was responsible for killing the previous owner when it came apart. I shudder at the thought.

Glad to hear the new bike is doing well. Nothing sucks worse than having the bike out of action. In my case it's been two separate cases of idiots losing control of their cars at night and smashing into my garage, making it impossible to open the door and get the bike out until the garage was repaired. Cagers, they're out to get you even as you sleep...
