I don't have a B.O.B. ready to go, but could throw one together damn quick. The "contents" would vary greatly, depending on if I was in a vehicle, or just on foot, and the distance I needed to travel.
A lot of people think they are gonna carry half their house with them. I suggest they load up their ruck and hump it 10 miles. Then we'll see how much shit they unload and how much more water they bring.
