B mode is NOT throttle dependant.. If that dyno chart had "b" mode on it, it would be somewhere right in the middle of A and C mode.
I have a 08 600 and anyone that know's how to read there owners manual and has would know that it pretty much reads like this..
A mode - Full Power
B mode - Less power than A mode
C mode - Less power than B mode

On the 1k, the B mode offers less power than A mode UNTIL YOU GO WIDE OPEN throttle, then it is just like A mode. It
is throttle dependant because you cannot compare a dyno graph for the
partial throttle B mode against the
wide open throttle A mode and the wide open throttle C mode.
