My drive was recently formatted by a friend and he installed firefox instead of IE. Now I cannot install MSN instant messenger. I have the installation program, but when I run it, the installation always fails.

Is there a plug in or add on I need to do? I have never used firefox before so this is new to me. Thanks in advance.
