No thread or documentation. I recently had to replace my left side pegs after an accident I had with my week old bike
Breakdown:
All models of 04 or newer+ R1 pegs fit. I don't have access to an older R1 to check, but I would assume that those pegs will work also because they are similar in design.
After checking my cousin's bike, 04 or newer R6 pegs will interchange with FZ6 pegs too.
And as mention before 98-07 YZF600 pegs are interchangeable with FZ6 pegs.
The older YZF600 pegs use rivet pins instead of bolt and lock nuts like the 2008 FZ6. The bolt and lock pin are interchanging between models. On the YZF600, I just drilled the rivet off, popped the pin out and swapped the pegs onto the FZ6. I also swapped the slider peg and the pad from the 2008 pegs since they weren't damaged and still looked new like the rest of the bike.
It should also be noted that the driver and passenger pegs for R1s and R6s, as well as the passenger pegs on YZF600s are a "sporty", solid aluminum style pegs. The 2008 FZ6 and YZF600 drivers pegs are an identical "touring" style with the rubber pad on the top. Additionally, on the above mentioned bikes the driver and passenger pegs will interchange from driver to passenger. The differences are that the drivers pegs have a slider pin on the end of the peg while the passenger pegs do not.
Thanks for all the work on the compatibility chart
