So, I guess I should have checked with the boss before getting all excited about this. At least it provided some good conversation
After talking it over with the wife, she vastly prefers a handgun for a variety of reasons that I can't really argue:
- She may have to use it, and isn't planning on ever going to train with a shotty.
- Doesn't want to have to deal with the "NO" game with the kid over touching the gun. We have a hard enough time telling him to stop touching the remote.
- Can lock up the handgun and keep a clip in the same case. She will practice opening it quickly.
- 12 is greater than 5. That's a hard one to argue against.
So anyway, I'm still going to the show, I'll probably meet Demian there. My brother wants to go with us, he lives in Kennesaw and is required to own a gun
