Sorry 'bout the broken bones there. In the USA, the go-to orthopedic surgeon is Dr. Arthur Ting (Fremont, CA) just north east of San Jose, CA.
In any case, you'll want to have a good surgeon put those bones back together.

John (Hopper) Hopkins, several other pro riders and athletes have used Dr. Ting, as per RoadRacingWorld magazine.
