Not true! I have both feelers on the stock pegs and they are well worn. The sidestand only barely has the paint scraped off the edge. So far the center stand is untouched. I scrape my pegs in the same couple of turns up in Malibu/Santa Monica Mountains every time I ride. I've gotten to the point that I can almost predict the exact moment that I will hear that sound and feel the vibration. I've tried to get better at hanging off to prevent this but on these 2 turns it seems like it always happens to the pegs.

You'd think Yamaha would either have really long peg feelers, or reposition the sidestand. I wonder if you could have a bracket fabbed that would allow for it to be tucked in a bit more?

EDIT: Defy, could you please post a link to one of these rear stands that would work with the FZ6? I've looked but never been able to find such a thing.
