Lean your bike up against a tree or wall....or simply buy/borrow a rear-stand that does NOT require spools...there are many out there.

Bottom line, don't track the bike with the sidestand...you might as well remove the centerstand while you're at is since it's easy, won't pass tech certain places, and is just one more thing to gouge you in a crash.

EDIT - I've also seen pics that made the centerstand look damn scary at the track (yes, on an FZ6).
