I hate AT&T, which is why I bought the Samsung Instinct (Sprint) instead. Doesn't have the coolness factor of the iPhone, but it's pretty damn close.
And my contacts are always updated... it has something called Mobile Sync that constantly updates my contacts to an online account. Pretty cool.
