There are way too many new bikers lured into buying a "gixxer" or Hayabusa as their first bike because popular culture presents them as the only alternative unless you want to be uncool. Therefore you get inexperienced bikers buying superbikes they can't afford, crashing them, and having ten grand in debt on a totaled bike.

Thanks for backing me up man!
I gotta say, too, that you do have many valid points, especially the point you made about how arbitrary and oppressive law enforcement has become. Although I won't agree with (can't find who said it...) that law enforcement is solely for creating money for the state, I will agree that it has become so muddled, and police have gained so many powers over regular people, that the police force of today is now far too strict and uses their powers many times for the wrong reasons.
I read a book a year ago called "The Lucifer Effect" that dealt with the Stanford prison experiment that showed that people in power sometimes innately become overzealous with power and treated others cruelly, even if they thought of themselves as a being a nice person that would never harm anyone. With great power, as the book showed, many people became quite evil in nature. Although this cannot and does not get applied to every cop, many cops do exhibit this kind of behavior, and do so more often the more powerful they get.
