Also I had a friend who got pulled over in a car doing 100 over (145 in a 45). cop didn't get him on radar but it was a $400 dollar ticket and all the points on his license. He took traffic school and it ended up being 2 points.

I’ve been working my ass off now that I’m out of school. Hanging out with friends that I haven’t seen since I started school in Milwaukee…etc. Its weird because I used to post so much.
And there are no traffic schools around here…very upsetting. They rather have the money.

I pulled off at an exit to take a left, and he pulled up behind me while I was sitting at a car at a red light. Not saying I would have ran, but there was no where for me to go.

I am a very tamed rider. I really try not to be a nuisance to the sportrider community, and was extremely polite. It didn’t do a thing. Im 19, so according to most people = guilty with what ever Im charged with.

Most traffic tickets are 100% BS...
The cop should be shot, and the motorcyclist given a medal.

Nah, they’re the local legal system. they don’t need proof to convict anyone of anything.
Seriously…I talked to a local attorney today, and he said that an officer can get away with visualizing the speed in court…and it will stick.
On another note;
I talked to a local attorney about what I should do, getting assistance, etc; and I am going to take it as far as I can go, by myself, not guilty. My last traffic violation was over a year ago, so this is the first violation on my license so far. Being that I am a completely registered and legit rider, I should be able to get the points dropped and just pay a fine. After all, its all about the money when it comes to tickets like this. I don’t think anyone will argue with me there.
