been there, done that. i thought about JB weld, but if it's like the crack I had (right through the threads and about 1/2" out, you may need to get it TIG welded. I ended up going with ronayers.com and buying a new pan, as well as a new gasket. I think it was around $80 total and two weeks of down time I still get a little worried when I change my oil, always scared about that oil pan. Now I just do it to what "feels" right. Soon I'm just gonna to it hand tight + 3/4 turn and then safety wire it all.
