I started same project last fall for my XR650R but got stuck at headlamp brackets. Just ordered from your reference.
I did a writeup on AdvRider-

Best source I found for Buell parts on line -

but you have to know parts numbers.

Headlight Assembly: Y0421.1ADA $70-$80 Surdyke-$93
Flyscreen Bracket: M0645.1ADA $22-$25 Surdyke-$19
Flyscreen: M1600.1AJAMBX $50-$90 (Blue one so ask for Black) Surdyke-$50 Blu
Headlight Grill: M0023.1AJAYT Surdyke-$33

I just ordered the grill and paid $7 shipping for the one item but multiple items ship for not much more. The black fly part no. is listed in the above thread somewhere.
