My sister had a hard time at stanford, not becouse she didnt get good grades, not becouse of her skin color, but becouse she came from a blue collar family.
Couple more for ya, the real good jobs around here, at a local mine, pays over 120k a year, everyone wants to get on, you do not get on unless your related to someone or have a good buddy who's working high up there.
Years ago me and a friend applied at a lumber mill in a nieghboring town. soon as they found out what town we were from, they told us "the positions have been filled" and showed us to the door.
I was in the phillipeans, at a resort. And talking with a couple of other buisnessmen from america. everything was all good, untell they commented on the locals having to work jobs like they were, turns out the other two americans came from privlaged backgrounds, Im like wait a minute, I was logging at 14 and worked my way up. They refused to talk to me anymore.
So get over your "im black and people treat me differnt" bullshit, we have been trying to get thru your head over and over again that it happens to everyone in every walk of life in every fucking race.
Soon as you accept that, and just move on with your life, the better off we all will be.
